About the role: brand and Campaign Manager will be a trusted advisor to the business in developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that support our business objectives. Sitting within the Group Marketing and Communications team, you'll be able to tap into our in-house marketing, communications, and design resources, along with our specialist external partners, to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

As the Brand and Campaign Manager, you will: Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders (CEOs and stream leads) and our marketing, communications, and design teams. Lead the development of annual marketing plans and oversee the delivery of campaigns to meet core business objectives. Provide strategic marketing advice to stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for optimal marketing activities. Champion our brands and become a subject matter expert, ensuring consistency in branding and style guides. Manage production workflows to meet deadlines and ensure the success of marketing activities. Develop key stakeholder relationships and manage accounts for relevant IntoWork brands. Coordinate marketing services to achieve campaign objectives and overall business outcomes. Stay updated on current marketing trends and identify opportunities for collaboration across businesses. Project managers manage events, activities, and campaigns as required, contributing to broader marketing strategies for the Group.

About you: We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with the following background: 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experiences in multi-brand or agency environment. Proven and demonstrated experience and technical marketing skills such as marketing strategy, brief writing, and digital marketing. Customer service focus with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
