We are looking for a passionate individual to manage our Delphi team. The role requires commercial cooking and baking experience. You must have experience, preferably from a supermarket; otherwise, from a restaurant or café.

Skills & Experience: Experience working in a similar role. Experience in ordering. Food preparation and handling skills. Knowledge of food safety. Passion for food and creativity to share ideas. Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace. Recent relevant retail experience be a proven leader who is driven to provide your team a supportive, encouraging, safe and positive team-based working environment

Key Responsibilities: Looking after the department. Food preparation in accordance with legislation and all supermarket safety. policies and procedures. Understand and respond to customer requests and needs. Inform customers about specials, promotions and new items. Work safely. Weigh, scan and record prices of products. Ordering, managing staff and stock. Maintaining Sales and GPs. We are also looking for a front-end End Supervisor. Must be available Sunday to Thursday. Retail Supervision Experience is a Must.
