Food Service Supervisor, MKN Foods Ltd. Location Maple Ridge, BC, Salary: 20.10 hourly, / 35 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 7 months to less than 1 year.

Responsibilities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules.
