What we need from you: Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work. Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership. I have broad experience providing individual coaching, counselling and support for personal and work-related issues. A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks. Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma-informed intervention or a dedicated willingness to learn. Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching, etc.
