Service, Parts & Administration Coordinator. Wallace Suzuki is seeking a Service, Parts and Administration Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full-time position. Hours and days required are Monday to Thursday, 7.45 to 5 p.m.; Friday‘s, 7.30 a.m. to 3pm with all days having a 30-minute lunch break. Total Hours offered will be 42 hours per week.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Customer Bookings. Quoting, Part Sales, Job Cards, and Invoicing. Stock Orders and Management. Reception and General Administration Duties. Management of Admin Emails. Attending Bank, Department of Transport and anywhere else that may be required. Required Experience and Skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Professional and Pleasant Telephone Manner. Well presented. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to problem-solve Work within a team Self-motivated, Computer Literate, and have License. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
