Key Responsibilities: Lead daily reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts. Generate sales invoices and manage accounts receivable using Xero Accounting Software. Process bills and manage accounts payable. Oversee fortnightly payroll and maintain employee records using Employment Hero. Assisting with tax compliance and superannuation payments including BAS and Payroll Tax. Collaborate and communicate clearly with clients and team members clear communication with clients and team members.

Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification in accounting or related field. Previous accounting experience, with experience in software platforms Xero, Nightingale or Employment Hero is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Knowledge of the NDIS and disability industry practices.
