A Community-based Shopping Centre needs you! The Centre is a vibrant and bustling shopping centre in Melbourne's inner north-east. It features a diverse mix of retail stores, dining options, and essential services and provides a welcoming environment where locals can shop, dine, and connect.

Your Key Responsibilities will include Operations: Overseeing the daily operations of the shopping centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to all regulations. Tenant Relations: Fostering strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Tenancy & Lease Management: lease management, fixed and CPI reviews. Marketing & Promotions: Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract new visitors and retain existing customers.

Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements to ensure the centre's profitability. Maintenance & Safety: Ensuring the centre is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations. Community Engagement: Building and maintaining strong ties with the local community to enhance the centre's reputation and involvement.
