Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. This role involves managing our shipping processes, handling warranties, and overseeing small projects within the building. The ideal candidate will interface with our gunsmith, cerakoting facility, and the Eureka Stockade eurekaguns.au manufacturing department, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Given the nature of our work, the candidate must not be a smoker due to the involvement of explosives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute all aspects of shipping and receiving (because packages don’t move themselves). Handle warranty claims and process returns efficiently (keeping our customers as happy). Collaborate with the gunsmith, cerakoting facility, and Eureka Stockade manufacturing department (all the cool kids). Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods (we don’t want to lose anything in the warehouse jungle). Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift license preferred but not required when starting). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (because stepping on a stray bullet casing is no fun).

Skills and Qualifications: Must hold a valid firearms license (you’ll fit right in with our team of enthusiasts). Previous warehouse experience required (you know the ropes, or in this case, the pallets). Forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities (because chaos isn’t part of the job description). Excellent communication and teamwork skills (you’ll need to chat with everyone from Jim and Ed the Gunsmiths to Paolo in our overseas team). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills (we need sharp eyes and quick thinkers). Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Basic computer skills for inventory management (you don’t need to be a hacker, but knowing Excel helps).

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred (enough to know what you’re doing, but still eager to learn). Experience in a firearms-related industry is a plus.

Working Hours: Standard hours are 9 AM - 5 PM, with some flexibility if required needed (we know life happens).
