Agency and Overview Our client is a self-made real estate office on the cusp of Sydney's Inner West & South Western Suburbs of Sydney. They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee an exclusive portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a very clean and local portfolio with substantial support to ensure optimal management and positive relationships with all the landlords.

The Position Managing a portfolio of up to 200 properties. Mon – Fri role with WFH flexibility. Landlord and tenant liaison. Coordinate repairs and maintenance. No leasing or trust accounting. No routine inspections – only 3 monthly routines. Conduct rental reviews and manage increases. Prepare for and attend NCAT when necessary. Generous remuneration package!

Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3 + years’ experience as a Property Manager. Possess of a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence. You must be passionate, self-motivated, and proactive. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and outstanding time management skills are essential.
