Senior Professional Conduct and Privacy Officer - TRB - Multiple Positions. Department for Education, Children and Young People Tasmania. Hobart TAS. Student Services (Education & Training). Following a period of growth and change, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, forward focussed Professional Conduct team. We are looking for a positive, pro-active individual with values aligned to the TRB.
Duties: Case manage professional conduct matters, including coordination of specified privacy and right to information obligations of the Board and its Office in accordance with legislation, supervisor direction, and Board policy. Period of Appointment. Ongoing - ASAP Start Date. Hours per fortnight. Flexible work arrangements up to full-time 73.50 hours for the right candidate.
Essential Requirements: The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered. A regulated activity is a child related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014. This registration must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment. Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment).
Desirable Requirements: A current driver’s licence.
