Senior Professional Conduct and Privacy Officer -TRB – 978804. Department for Education, Children and Young People Tasmania. Hobart TAS. Student Services (Education & Training). Duties: Case manage professional conduct matters, including coordination of specified privacy and right to information obligations of the Board and its Office in accordance with legislation, supervisor direction, and Board policy. Period of Appointment. 03 June 2024 to 20 December 2024. Hours per fortnight. Flexible work arrangements up to full-time 73.50 hours for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered. A regulated activity is a child related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014. This registration must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment.
