Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Architect with at least 10 years of experience in the field of architecture and project management. This pivotal role requires leading complex architectural projects from conceptualization to completion. Based in our head office in Riyadh and frequently working on-site, the ideal candidate will ensure that all project aspects align seamlessly with client visions and strict regulatory standards.

Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Execution: Direct all phases of architectural projects, from initial design through to construction and final delivery. Manage project milestones against timelines and budget constraints.

Design and Innovation: Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and adhere to local zoning laws and building codes. Oversee the creation of detailed project drawings and specifications.

Team Coordination and Management: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and construction managers to ensure project requirements are met. Lead meetings and provide guidance to project teams.

Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, adjustments, and resolutions of any issues. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Qualifications: Mandatory Architectural Background: Applicants must possess a professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 10 years of experience in both architectural design and project management.

Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire project teams to deliver high-quality results.

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools.
