Our client is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in a small family office located in the heart of Double Bay.  If you are organized and detail-oriented, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. Provide administrative support to team members as needed. Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
