Job Title: Sous Chef

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced sous chef to join our esteemed culinary team. The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience working in a Michelin-star restaurant.

- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations.

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

- Develop and implement innovative menus and dishes.

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum [4] years of experience as a sous chef or similar role.

- Previous experience in a Michelin-star restaurant is required.

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
