We are seeking a mature minded and enthusiastic person wishing to work for a busy and well established importer and distributor of food and wines. The applicant must be self-motivated, well presented and hardworking individual. Previous experience in the food industry would be an advantage.
Position Main Duties and Responsibilities: Data Entry. Dealing with customer and supplier queries
Assist with Imports and Related Documentation. Assist Management with designated tasks. General Administration tasks as required. Will be trained in all facets of HACCP and general office procedures including our software program. Includes set work.
The successful applicant must have: Good telephone and communication skills along with an enthusiastic personality. Be a willing and quick learner. Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Be able to manage time effectively and remain focused. Ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision. Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Outstanding work ethic combined with honesty, integrity and loyalty. Be reliable and hardworking.
