Things that work for us: Relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative services. Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or IT desirable. Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems. High level of customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be benefical. Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19. NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
