Civil Engineer for House and Apartments Development. Region: Riyadh.

Job Description: Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. Proven track record of managing large-scale housing projects. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Pakistani nationality preferred.
