Are you a natural leader with a passion for the fast-paced food industry? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager to join a well-established fast-food chain in Port Lincoln. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $80,000 + Super, a rotational roster, and a comprehensive 12-week induction plan to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Drive business growth through effective marketing and promotional activities. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.
