About us KX Pilates is a Dynamic Pilates approach which incorporates the theory, principles and benefits of traditional Pilates, and turns it into a full body, high intensity, strength and conditioning group fitness class using a customised Pilates Reformer. Qualifications & experience: Pilates Certification. Certificate III or IV in Fitness. Certificate III or IV in Dance. Studying or completed a Degree in Allied Health/Sport or Exercise related disciplines. Previous experience teaching group fitness or reformer Pilates classes desirable. Current CPR and First Aid.

Tasks & responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service and classes that are client centered and aligned to KX Pilates Methodology. Encouraging client retention through client care, being part of the studio community, advocating the client journey and progression through class levels and promotion of campaigns and having knowledge of class packs and prices. Maintaining general presentation of studio with light cleaning and restocking of items. Clerical and customer service duties, including resolving customer queries.

Following KX Pilates policies and procedures, Participate in professional development opportunities presented by the HQ Training department or within studio. Willingness to participate in Trainer Assessments. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, weekends and some public holidays shifts.
