The Role: Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care. Ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards. Oversee resident care, manage resident feedback, and address concerns. Develop and implement strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Recruit, roster, and manage staff, providing ongoing performance feedback. Monitor budgets and expenses, maintain financial records, and manage resources effectively. Oversee maintenance of the facility and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience in Residential Aged Care management. Understanding of Aged Care standards and funding tools. Is financially astute and has strong budgeting and cost-management abilities. Has a commitment to staff development and fostering a positive work culture. Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Is passionate about quality care and resident well-being.
