Our client, one of Australia's fastest growing investment buyer’s agencies is looking for their next superstar high ticket closer.

About the gig: As a High Ticket Closer, you’ll play a critically important role in our clients business by being responsible for the most important role in the business, closing new clients and driving revenue.

Best bits: Strong inbound lead-flow from marketing. Solid base with high commissions (high performers will earn $300K+). Proven offer with high social proof and excellent client results. North Sydney office location, with flexibility. Work in a small team of highly motivated and driven closers, setters and property professionals.

Your experience.

Sales: Past experience working in ‘closing’ roles, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Property: You must have purchased investment property and be actively building your own property portfolio. Track-record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in past roles. Experience managing and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities.

Your skills. Advanced influence and sales skills, including rapport building, questioning, presenting, negotiating, and objection handling. High level time management and organisational skills. Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with high net-worth property investors without being intimidated. Comfort with using CRM technology and tools such as High Level CRM, Slack, Gmail. Persistent, resilient, results oriented and goal driven.
