Location: Strathpine, with some periodical travel throughout our region as required to deliver for our stakeholders.

As our Capability Development Officer you will work collaboratively with the People and Culture team to deliver on key initiatives and build capability models, tools and resources.
You will design, develop and facilitate programs across the organisation, focused on creating capability uplift at all levels across a wide variety of courses from soft skills to leadership.

About you: We are seeking a Learning and Development professional, experienced in designing and delivering learning initiatives within an organisation with similar complexities. You will be driven by seeing those light bulb moments and your passion and energy for making a difference will come through in how you create and facilitate. You will have a strong understanding of the difference between a facilitator and a presenter and be driven to help team members connect the dots.
Your quality people engagement and facilitation skills, combined with the ability to design and implement a diverse array of leadership capability programs will enable you to drive and create confident, capable and empowered individuals and leaders to achieve success at City of Moreton Bay.
