Responsibilities: Analyzing business processes. Gathering requirements, proposing solutions, implementing and optimizing automated processes, analyzing call data to identify trends and improve operations, Updating and maintaining a knowledge base for agents, utilizing analytics for immediate decision-making and improvement, documenting and organizing procedures, evidence, and service level matrix

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Call center industry

Skills Required: Power BI, Excel

Salary: 7500 AED

Location: Dubai
