What you'll do: As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of our client's office in Auckland. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks; Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Secretarial support to the executives - ensuring accuracy for reports. Maintain office supplies, ordering new stock as necessary. Accounts to trial balance, wages and invoicing using Xero. Maintain company databases, entering relevant information as necessary

What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position brings proven experience in a similar role at a senior level. You will possess strong organisational skills which allow you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work. Proven experience in an Office Management or similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle clients professionally. Experience with database management would be advantageous. A great can-do attitude, someone who is willing to be part of a collaborate close-knit team.
