About The Role as a Regional Manager at Rodney Wayne, your mission will be to lead, direct, and coach franchisees to achieve agreed-upon business targets, driving success across your defined territory in New Zealand.

A systematic approach to planning, management, organisation, and prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to handle information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint). The ability to travel domestically.
