About The Role as a Regional Manager at Rodney Wayne, your mission will be to lead, direct, and coach franchisees to achieve agreed-upon business targets, driving success across your defined territory in New Zealand.

Your goal will be to ensure that the techniques, methods, and standards outlined in the RW System are not only in place but actively implemented and adhered to. Through your leadership and guidance, you will empower franchisees to maximize their potential and uphold the high standards of the Rodney Wayne brand.

Eligibility, Key Skills, & Experience. Applicants must be eligible to work within New Zealand. Demonstrated leadership as well as strong people management. Proven experience in hair, retail, or sales, is preferred. Proven effective communication between key stakeholders, clients, and employees. Demonstrated multi-site management. A systematic approach to planning, management, organisation, and prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to handle information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint). The ability to travel domestically.
