This role is: Full time. Located in Nedlands with hybrid work options and subsidised onsite parking. Offering attractive salary, superannuation and tax free salary packaging up to $15,900.
Position Overview: Rural Health West is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as General Manager Finance and Administration. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our mission by overseeing the strategic financial operations and administrative functions of our organisation.
We are looking for someone who can: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of Rural Health West resources. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing regular analysis and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors. Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including taxation, audit, and reporting standards.
Lead the administration team, providing guidance and support in areas such as facilities management and IT infrastructure. Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to support budgeting, grant management and program funding.
