We are currently looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) for our clinic in Perth. Join our passionate medical team and become part of one of Europe´s leading providers of aesthetic treatments. Work alongside experienced doctors in modern and well-managed outpatient clinics with friendly colleagues.
We are looking for candidates that are excited to grow with M1 and help to shape our journey into Australia whilst advising, inspiring and supporting our patients with care and compassion. Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Customer support. Booking scheduling and coordination of appointments. Practice organization (e.g. appointment management, purchasing and material management). E-mail correspondence. Monthly Stocktaking and product sale. Cash Desk responsibility. Ensuring the hygiene standards.

Requirements: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship. Strong communicative skills and a friendly personality.
