Venue Manager, Liberte Albany. Albany, Albany & Great Southern WA. Management (Hospitality & Tourism). Full time. $75,000 – $90,000 per year. Liberte Albany is a multi-award winning bar and restaurant, delivering high quality cocktails, wonderful wines and memorable food. We are looking for a new FOH manager.

The current manager is moving on soon and a thorough handover can be completed. The venue currently runs very well with professional systems in place including Deputy, Now Book It and Swiftpos. Experience with these particular systems is not essential as training and support is provided.

What is important is a passion for the hospitality industry, customers, people management, and food and booze. Together with the owner, Amy Hamilton, you will help create the wine, cocktail and drinks list ensuring they all have a place under the Liberte theme of French Vietnamese, creativity and flavour.

Responsibilities include: Rostering and staff recruitment. Ordering of FOH stock and supplies. Training of FOH staff. Management of bookings. Management of general maintenance/repairs

Maintaining RGL records. Liaising with external stakeholders. The hours are Tuesday to Saturday as we are closed Sunday and Monday.
