Production Supervisor, Four Leaf Clover Enterprises Pty Ltd. Lavington, Albury Area NSW. Other (Retail & Consumer Products). Full time. Wholesale Butchers Direct to Public are a family orientated business in the Albury/Wodonga area.  With 3 retail outlets, this is a great opportunity for someone to join us as a Production Supervisor.

Though not essential, it would be advantageous if the ideal candidate has prior experience within commercial kitchen work or butchering and smallgoods. Monday to Friday shifts with option for overtime.

Duties and responsibilities include: Overseeing allocation of stock for all 3 retail outlets. Stock Rotation. Production of smallgoods, and various other types of meat products. Retails sales when required. Maintain Food Safety and OHS Standards.

Skills and Experience: Prior experience within the food industry (Kitchen/Chef, Retail, Butcher, Smallgoods) preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of food safety protocols. Food/meat handling, preparation and packing. Self motivated and team player. Reliable and enthusiastic.
