Position Available: Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Role Overview: We are currently seeking an EN with preferably GP clinic experience to join our fabulous nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing over 75+ Health Assessments in the community, visiting our elderly patients annually in their homes to conduct thorough assessments for their General Practitioner (GP).

Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive health assessments for elderly patients in their homes. Collaborating with GPs to ensure holistic care for patients. Providing compassionate and patient-centred care. Documenting assessments accurately and efficiently.
