We have a new opening for a part-time receptionist working Monday, Wednesday and Friday with FREE onsite parking. Plus, there will be the opportunity to work additional days as the role grows, or to take on additional off-site work for the Principal including administration of his training institute for dentists, The Implant Institute.

Day-to-day duties will include: Reception duties including looking after the appointment book, patient accounts/HICAPS, treatment plans, recalls and hygiene program, telephone enquiries, emails, liaising with patients and practitioners. Helping to administer “The Implant Institute” – our Principal’s successful international training institute including PGDip program, short courses and delegate dentist logistics. Potential for social media work if it interests you (optional).

The successful applicants will bring to the practice the following attributes: Experience in the dental industry and in reception using D4W computer software will be highly regarded but not essential – we’re willing to train the right person! An ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team. Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Passionate about patient care and contributing a positive energy to the clinic. An easy going, pro-active and positive attitude.
