The Role: Our Guest Services Team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests from their initial enquiry and continuing throughout their stay with us. We are proud ambassadors of our incredible backyard – the Yarra Valley - and we are looking for a customer focused Casual Guest Services Agent to join our amazing team at Yering Gorge Cottages.

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity we are looking for someone who has the following qualities: Ideally you will have previous hotel experience or worked in a customer focused environment. A vibrant personality with a passion for exceeding guests’ expectations and providing excellent customer service. A strong attention to detail. Has the ability to work within a team environment and without supervision. An understanding of Guest Point and Site Minder, or similar systems, is not essential but is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English essential; an additional language – either Chinese or European – would be an advantage.

Our Front Office is open from 9am – 5pm and this position will be part of a seven-day roster including weekend shifts. A car is essential and car parking is provided.
