About our Company: Crystal Bathrooms is an established bathroom renovation company that is at the forefront of virtual reality bathroom design and drawing. We are looking for a proactive, motivated and creative drafts/Bim person. The role will allow you to work collaboratively with a number of different teams, giving you exposure to a variety of practical and relevant experiences within a dynamic, high-performing team. Responsibilities: Production of detailed architectural drawings using ARCHICAD software. Preparation of accurate technical documentation for construction projects. Creation of 3D models and renderings for design visualization. Serving as a liaison with architects, designers, and team members. Maintaining organized files, managing revisions, and updating drawings. Reviewing drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Effective communication with all stakeholders. Presenting projects to clients alongside the sales team.

Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years or more of experience in architectural drafting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in architecture, drafting, or a related field. Mandatory proficiency in ARCHICAD. Competence in CAD, PHOTOSHOP, ENSCAPE, SKETCHUP software. Knowledge of architectural drawing conventions and practices. Meticulous attention to detail and precision in drawings and technical documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
