Full time. $60,000 per year. Company Overview: At Burk Group, we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional fuel retail, wholesale and transport services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our dynamic and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Managing incoming calls, including screening, forwarding, and taking messages. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Handling email correspondence and distributing mail. Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area. Assisting with administrative such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Handling day to day business paperwork. Assisting with invoicing and day to day paperwork. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines). Knowledge of accounting/book keeping is advantageous but not required.
