Eden Ritchie is seeking two dedicated Project Managers to join our team and lead the establishment and implementation of key projects within the Youth Justice sector. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing the establishment of the Youth Justice Peak Body, requiring interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders across government and community, including First Nations communities. Your responsibilities will include leading consultations to shape the Youth Justice Peak work plan and milestones, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing a robust Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.

You will be instrumental in overseeing the development and implementation of our project management plans, including preparing and delivering presentations for senior and regional committee meetings, as well as facilitating these meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, managing, and reporting on key project risks, as well as preparing for and conducting workshops and meetings as required.

Your role will also involve assisting with the drafting of ministerial briefs and other relevant correspondence, and developing and implementing a document control and management approach for program documentation. Liaising with the Procurement team to develop a procurement plan and supporting the preparation of provider contracts will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in reviewing project outcomes and effectiveness, supporting budget submissions, and managing the closure of contracts as required, including preparing a Frequently Asked Questions factsheet to assist with public messaging about the program.

Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in project management, including developing and implementing project management plans. Experience in community consultation and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in contract management and procurement is desirable.
