Client Services Officer – CBD, FS Recruitment Solutions, Melbourne VIC.Financial Planning (Banking & Financial Services). Full time. $75,000 – $85,000 per year. This privately-owned business is a highly respected and diversified financial advisory and accounting company specialising in working with small to medium business owners and professionals.  They have an opening for an experienced Client Services Officer and are looking for someone who loves to create proceeses and systems.

The key Responsibilities: include, but not limited to: Preparation of regular Portfolio Valuations for clients – including assets & liabilities schedule, portfolio valuations, performance calculations and asset allocation. Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactions. Assist Advisers with client queries. Assist with contribution calculations. Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience.

To be successful in the role, you will need: Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies. Proven experience or exposure to implementation and improvement of systems and processes. Strong communication skills.
