Servicing customers not only in the Lockyer Valley area but also the Darling Downs and Somerset Regions. The business also has customers reaching out from far and wide, including farming areas of Queensland and parts of Australia.

Valley Irrigation is looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team

Applicants will require: Previous Administration experience is essential. Experience working with business accounting programs. Be well presented with excellent communication skills & phone manner. Be able to multi-task in a busy office environment. Be able to work as part of a team. Punctual & Reliable in attendance.

Duties will include: Document collating & checking / Product-Stock Entry / Stock Control. Supplier Invoice inputting and Reconciliation. Raising Purchase Orders for Sales Staff.

The Position requires: Attention to detail and accuracy. Good time management skills. Competency in Microsoft Office.

Other duties will include: Customer Accounts & Banking Procedures. Answering & directing Customer Calls. Scanning and Emailing. Filing and general office duties. Problem solving. If you have the skills to join our team.
