Your role at St John of God We are we are seeking applications for a Senior Positive Behaviour Support - Clinical Lead to guide and direct excellent practice in positive behaviour support. The position is responsible for leading with passion and demonstrated expertise a team of professionals in applying the principles of Positive Behaviour Support to eliminate the use of restrictive practices in disability service settings. This is a permanent full time role (part time will be considered) to join our disability service, Accord.

The Position: In conjunction with the Specialist Services Manager develop and implement an effective PBS service that meets the organizational objectives. Develop PBS assessments and interventions in order to support high quality outcomes. Support other Allied Health professionals to develop and implement behaviour programs. Ensure all behaviour support practices and interventions are compliant with the Victorian State Disability Act 2006, the Disability Service Standards, Office of Professional Practices behaviour support guidelines and DHHS Funding and Service Agreement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, which comply with internal and external reporting requirements. Manage internal and external referrals for services and triage referrals based on need. You will have previous experience working as an advanced practitioner in Positive Behaviour Support working across a range of clinical specialities, including clients in the disability sector. Successful applicants will be registered as a Specialist Practitioner under the NDIS, hold a current Working with Children's Check and a valid driver's licence.

We can offer you Salary: $104,302 to $117,117 + 11% Superannuation. Permanent full-time or 4 days part-time.
