This is a part-time role for a Stenographer/Short handing. The position entails accurately and efficiently transcribing spoken content in both Arabic and English. Conversations during meetings, conferences, speeches, or other events will be converted into written outputs or reports and it includes the  of report development and content summarization.

Responsibilities: Transcribe verbal content into written form utilizing shorthand techniques. Documentation/short handing in the field of international agreements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents. Review and edit drafts for accuracy and clarity. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Manage transcripts and files in an organized manner. Meet deadlines for transcription assignments.

Requirements: Proficiency in shorthand writing. Excellent attention to detail and concentration skills. The candidate must possess fluency in both English and Arabic languages. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with international agreements terminology may be required. At least three (3) experiences as a Stenographer or similar role. Degree in English, Communications, or relevant field is a plus. Certification as a professional stenographer is preferred but not required.
