The Operations Manager based at Kalgoorlie plays a vital role in the overall success of the team and branch as we continue to build a progressive and inclusive organisation to solve some of the world's water challenges. The Operation Manager will guide the team to deliver Xylem's promise of quality, customer satisfaction and service excellence by optimising resources and ensuring profitable growth of the branch.
As the Operations Manager you will work and guide the team to profitably grow our service and rental business by: Providing strong leadership to motivated branch service staff. Supporting and assisting the sales team to increase new sales for service. Ensuring the Rental fleet is serviced and well maintained. Arranging and scheduling service work on pumping and associated equipment in our workshop as well as at our customers’ sites. Scheduling invoices, credit applications and requests for new suppliers and warranty work in conjunction with the service coordinator.
Facilitating daily kick off meetings and monthly tool box talks, involving Service/Workshop personnel with a safety first mindset. Providing timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues. Ensuring that the workshop and service area is maintained in an environmentally safe and organized manner and ensures that all equipment and tools are maintained and used safely and correctly.
You will bring a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with experience in aftersales service and rental fleet management, excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills, along with a drive to exceed expectations. You will be a passionate about guiding people, have demonstrated mentoring experience and hold a trade certificate (mechanical/electrical).

As a Cyber Security Analyst, your role is to safeguard the information and systems of our clients from cyber threats. This involves tracking, examining and reporting on various security issues.
Your duties as a Cyber Security Analyst is to safeguard the information and systems of the institution from cyber threats.
You will also be responsible for: Analyse and continually monitor security events and escalations from the managed security service provider and other networks. Assist with vulnerability assessment scanning, reporting processes and tracking remediation of discovered vulnerabilities.
