Led by a team of capable and passionate people, they aim for the edge and are currently looking to expand their team with a motivated problem solver and solution finder to help them identify and action opportunities within their brands. As a result of growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Analyst or Finance Business Partner for a newly created role which will support leadership across a portfolio of business units through analytical support, streamlining and automation, tailored financial modelling and analysis, and improvement opportunity identification.

The Role: Partnering with brand leadership and reporting to the CFO, this newly created role is anticipated to provide a diverse variety of support including, but not limited to: Provision of analytics support, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize performance and drive value creation. Collaborate with financial and non-financial business partners to understand challenges and objectives. Modelling, reporting and automation tailored to business needs. Analyse financial performance, conduct research and perform benchmarking analysis. Support contract, revenue and cost analysis. Ongoing review of processes and performance to identify of opportunities. Other duties as required to support business objectives.

What you will bring: Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate analytics and findings in straightforward ways. Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CA, CPA or CFA designation (or working towards). Solid understanding of business fundamentals and market dynamics across various industries. Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and strategic recommendations. Strong Excel capability (PowerBI experience would be viewed favourably).
