Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting fabrics and provide product information

Handle inquiries and sales transactions efficiently

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the shop

Requirements:

Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written/English)

0-1 years experience in sales (textile/fabrics)

Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of textiles/Fabrics

Problem solving skills
