Job Title: QA/QC Engineers" are required to join our team.

Qualification: a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5–9 years of experience in the aluminum & glass project in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities: Accurate understanding of all facets of engineering construction about the civil, architectural, and structural disciplines interacting with the interdisciplinary processes; responsibility for the caliber of each activity as per quality standards. In charge of the project's overall QA/QC documentation, which includes certifications, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, instructions, and observations from the site, and provided permanent materials; also includes more crucial QA/QC records.

Create and establish all standards necessary to supervise all testing techniques, conduct inspections and tests on all procedures, and uphold high standards for every process. Examine all materials on site for quality, make sure all project standards and quality are met, and work with the department on all material procurement and high-quality material purchases. Oversee the efficient execution of all test and inspection plans, guarantee adherence to protocols, and collaborate with other groups to conduct process quality audits.

Help staff members ensure that they are aware of all quality standards, monitor adherence to all quality manuals and procedures, and work together with suppliers and contractors to maintain the caliber of all systems. Ensure that every work satisfies quality criteria by keeping an eye on an effective system, documenting all project activities, and analyzing all procedures. Oversee all work procedures, keep up with quality assurance standards, keep an eye on the ongoing use of all QA procedures, and provide remedial measures for every operation.

Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety, and environmental analysis. A test plan and checklist derived from the project's requirements.  Coordinate with the technical engineer to send the consultant's material submittals.
