Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join their team. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Only applicants that meet all requirements and have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport will be considered.
Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Minimum 1 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to multi-task and organizational skills required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional service. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Proficient in Microsoft as well as a reputable POS System.
Previous exposure to Expedia & Semper will be an advantage. Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport. Salary – Market Related (depending on experience).
