Additionally, the VP of People will oversee various people support functions, including recruitment, rewards and training, procurement, legal, IT, and logistics.

Moreover, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of all operations and strategic projects, with a continual focus on improvement and enhancement within the company. This role requires in-depth knowledge of project management in the technology/SaaS industry, financial expertise, and a commitment to optimizing employee output.
