Utilize instructional design methodologies to design effective and engaging training courses for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning. Assess the learning needs of target audiences. Produce Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools. Develop written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning. Develop learning resources for ILT, VILT, and eLearning. Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials and make improvements as necessary. Oversee timelines, schedules, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects. Collaborate with subject matter experts. Minimum 5 years’ experience.
