Co-ordinate all restaurant operations - in-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software - cash up, days end, month end, stock control, staff rostering etc. Peoples person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to handle customer concerns graciously. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer literate. Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential. Recent contactable references -- landline numbers preferable. Permanent position to start immediately.

Salary R10 000-R12 000 per month based on experience
