Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities: Establish work schedules and procedures. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments. Prepare and submit reports. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain work records and logs. Monitor personnel workloads and locations. Organize warehouse and work areas. Resolve work related problems. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies. Compile worksheets and specifications of orders. Create, investigate, track and complete work orders. Monitor production progress. Project management. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Keep track of shipments. Maintain vehicle operator work records.

Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment.
