Job Overview: As a Sales Engineer specializing in construction projects, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to promote and sell construction-related products or services. This role involves working closely with the sales team, architects, engineers, and construction professionals to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and project management. Stay abreast of industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in the construction sector.
Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs for construction projects. Provide technical support during the pre-sales phase, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction products, systems, and solutions. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of products to potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry. Act as a technical advisor for customers, addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
Solution Design: Work closely with customers to understand project requirements and propose customized solutions. Provide technical guidance on the integration and implementation of construction products.
Collaboration with Project Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and architects, to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide technical insights to project teams during the planning and execution phases.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and offer on-site technical support. Collaborate with construction teams to identify opportunities for product optimization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience in technical sales within the construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
