We are looking for our 2 restaurants in Hermanus a highly experienced and driven Front of House Manager who thrives in a friendly atmosphere, with a well-established team, and loyal customer base. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience at a management level in a busy venue. The ideal candidate will: Have excellent Food and Wine knowledge. Highly focused on personalized services. Be proficient at stock takes, variances and cash-ups. Excellent ability to run a busy floor successfully. Be presentable, articulate and welcoming.
